Are Those Samples Royalty Free ?
No, all those samples are not roylaty free.
- You MUST CREDIT “Your name … x @1airbeatz” when using samples/loops from this loop pack- and includes any beats made/produced and beats sent out to artists (indie/major artists)
- For all beats using samples/loops AND/OR any MIDI’s from this pack you must SPLIT SALES BY 50%/50%.(Add me as collaborator and split 50/50) or 33/33/33 % for collaborative samples(info of all producers at the end)
Can I Use Them On Airbit, Beatstars... ?
Yes of course but :
If you are posting a beat for sale (Beatstars-Instrurap or other) you MUST SPLIT sales with 1airbeatz OR if you sale individually through instagram or other, reach to us on instagram.
What If I Place Someone ?
Clearance: (Contact me if you are have a big major/label/records placements)
If you place a record with a major label using the sample(s) in this kit, you agree to splitting
the publishing fees, mechanical fees, as well as points & advance fees with 1airbeatz
Production (or Co-Production) must be credited to ‘@1airbeatz’ & other prods.
